    China's postal service basically back to normal

    BEIJING -- China's postal industry has basically returned to its normal capacity, the State Post Bureau said Wednesday.

    Some 530 million parcels were collected across the country during the past Tomb-sweeping Day holiday from April 4 to 6, up 37 percent year on year, according to the bureau.

    By the end of March, 99.7 percent of major delivery companies' outlets in the country had reopened for business.
